Organizarea mișcării actuale a avut loc fără probleme: echipa a apărut la timp, a fost foarte prietenoasă și amabilă, a ajutat la detaliile finale. Livrarea a fost foarte rapidă (în ciuda sărbătorilor intermediare) și totul a ajuns într-o formă perfectă fără a mai avea probleme. Organizing the actual move went smoothly: the team showed up on time, was very friendly and courteous, helped with the final details. (Tradus) Mi-am depozitat lucrurile într-unul din containerele maritime Global Relocation Services pe care le oferă spre închiriere, din păcate a scurs ca o sită și mi-a luat toate lucrurile mucegăite. Pentru a adăuga o insultă rănirii când vroiam să-mi mut lucrurile, am fost strigat de unul din personalul Global Relocation și mi-am spus că lucrurile mele sunt ținute pentru răscumpărare și că nu am voie să o mișc până nu văd banii în banca lor cont de 2 facturi, 2 facturi care au fost deja plătite și pentru care le-am arătat transferul bancar. Banii se aflau pe drum, de când plata a fost emisă vineri după-amiază și m-am dus să-mi iau lucrurile duminică. M-au făcut să mă întorc din nou cu camionul în mișcare și să mut personal în cursul zilei de luni, pentru ca fondurile să ajungă mai întâi la contul lor! Amestecul cu facturile restante a fost, de asemenea, generat de departamentul contabil, am emis plata imediat ce mi-au anunțat-o! Angajații sunt total neprofesioniști, nu există o cultură a companiei, nici o orientare către client. Dacă vă prețuiți lucrurile și timpul, trebuie să vă îndepărtați de această companie. (Original) I’ve stored my belongings in one of Global Relocation Services maritime containers that they offer for rent, unfortunately it leaked like a sieve and got all my stuff moldy. To add insult to injury when I wanted to relocate my belongings I was yelled at by one of Global Relocation’s staff and told that my stuff is being held for ransom and that I’m not allowed to move it until they see the money in their bank account for 2 invoices, 2 invoices that were actually paid already and for which I’ve shown them the bank transfer. The money was on the way since the payment was issued Friday afternoon and I’ve went to get my stuff on Sunday. They made me come back again with the moving truck and moving staff on Monday, in order for the funds to reach their account first!! The mix up with the outstanding invoices was also generated by their accounting department, I’ve issued the payment as soon as they’ve notified me! The employees are totally unprofessional, there is no company culture, no customer orientation. If you value your belongings and time you should steer clear of this company.
